This trust is also known as an unincorporated trust, non-statutory and unincorporated business trust.  This comprehensive trust package includes:

The package has a retail value of $3,000, which was our original purchase price. However, we provide it at no cost because some people feel this is important.  But, there is a key thing to keep in mind, simple is always better.  Because this trust is so robust you will want to minimize all of the areas you don't need.  Extra words are just extra places for someone to attempt to gain access from other "legal" jurisdictions.  As an aside, all Trustees MUST be status corrected or it can be accessed.  You must be in the jurisdicton you want the trust to be held in.  The great thing is you can literally keep it in your drawer as this will never be registered.
